Dr. Pet Multi-Facility Hospital (“Hospital”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) provides comprehensive veterinary healthcare, including medical consultations, surgeries, diagnostics, grooming, boarding, and wellness services for companion animals.

All services are rendered under the supervision of qualified and licensed veterinarians in accordance with standard veterinary protocols and ethical practices.

2. Appointments and Consultations

Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person at any Dr. Pet branch.
Pet owners are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding their pet’s medical history, vaccinations, allergies, and ongoing treatments.
Walk-in consultations are accepted subject to the availability of doctors.
The hospital reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of emergencies, staff unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Fees and Payment

All service charges including consultations, diagnostics, surgeries, grooming, and boarding are payable at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Fees are subject to revision without prior notice.
Discounts, promotional offers, and packages are governed by specific hospital policies and cannot be clubbed unless explicitly mentioned.

4. Boarding and Grooming

Only healthy and vaccinated pets are eligible for grooming and boarding services.
The hospital ensures reasonable care and safety for all boarded pets but shall not be held liable for injuries, illness, or accidents unless caused by gross negligence.
Pet owners must provide all necessary food, medications, and special care instructions at the time of admission.

5. Medical Treatment and Liability

All treatments are carried out as per standard veterinary practices.
The hospital and its staff shall not be responsible for any unforeseen or adverse reactions to medications or procedures, except in proven cases of negligence or malpractice.
By availing our services, the pet owner authorizes the hospital’s veterinarians to perform all necessary diagnostics, treatments, or surgeries deemed essential for the pet’s health and safety.

6. Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, the hospital will provide immediate treatment to stabilize the pet.
Emergency services may attract additional charges.
While every effort is made to achieve the best outcomes, the hospital cannot guarantee results or recovery in emergency situations.

7. Records and Confidentiality

All pet medical records are maintained with confidentiality and are securely stored.
Pet owners may request access to their pet’s records by submitting a written request.
The hospital may use anonymized data for research, education, or internal analysis while maintaining complete client confidentiality.

8. Owner Responsibilities

Owners must ensure that pets are safely transported to and from the hospital.
It is the owner’s duty to inform the hospital of any aggressive behavior, contagious conditions, or special handling requirements of their pet.
The hospital reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a pet poses a safety threat to staff, other animals, or visitors.

9. Limitation of Liability

The hospital shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to pets, property, or personal belongings unless such loss results directly from gross negligence.
Dr. Pet will not be responsible for service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Complaints and Feedback

Clients are encouraged to share feedback or complaints in writing via email or directly at the hospital.
All grievances will be addressed promptly and professionally, with the intent to reach an amicable and satisfactory resolution.

11. Amendments

The hospital reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
All updates will be reflected on the official website and branch notice boards. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
