This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs requests for refunds by clients of Dr.Pet (“Clinic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking an appointment, availing services or purchasing products at or through the Clinic, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by this Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should refrain from booking, purchasing, or using our services and contact us before proceeding.
1.1 Cancellation by Client (More than 24 hours before scheduled time)
You are eligible for a full refund, provided the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance.

1.3 No-show by Client
If you fail to attend the appointment without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
1.4 Cancellation by Clinic
If we cancel or reschedule the appointment on our end, you are eligible for a full refund.
2.1 Time to Raise Concerns
Any objection, complaint, or request for a refund must be raised in writing within 24 hours of completing the service or treatment.
2.2 Refund at Discretion
Refunds (either full or partial) for services or treatments are granted strictly at the sole discretion of management, after evaluating the nature of the concern, medical records, and associated costs.
3.1 Unopened Items
You may return unopened and unused items to us within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase, provided you present the original bill. A full refund will be processed, subject to inspection.

Medicines, pet food, and items that have been opened, used, or otherwise tampered with are non-returnable and non-refundable, due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory considerations.

4.1 Original Mode of Payment
Refunds shall be processed using the same method by which payment was made
4.2 UPI / Card / Electronic Transfers
Refunds to electronic payment modes (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, net banking) will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
4.3 Cash Transactions
Refunds for cash payments will be processed within 48 hours, subject to the availability of cash at the clinic.
5.1 Time Limit for Disputes
Any dispute or claim relating to refunds must be raised in writing within 7 days from the date of the relevant transaction. Claims submitted after this period may not be entertained.
5.2 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is subject to, and will be construed in accordance with, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable laws in India. Any disputes arising under this Policy or in connection with it shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts having jurisdiction over the location of the Clinic or as may be legally mandated.
6.1 Right to Amend
We reserve the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time, with effect from the date such changes are published on our website. Your continued use of our services or platform indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
6.2 Severability
Suppose any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable. In that case, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if not capable of modification, be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
6.3 No Waiver
No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under this Policy shall operate as a waiver thereof, unless explicitly acknowledged in writing.
6.4 Entire Agreement
This Refund Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Clinic concerning refunds, superseding any prior understandings or representations (whether written or oral) in relation thereto.
