Chief Veterinarian

Roles & Responsibilities: – Lead and supervise the veterinary team. Ensure adherence to medical
protocols and ethical standards. Develop and implement hospital policies, preventive care programs,
and treatment protocols. Oversee complex cases, surgeries, and emergency treatments. Mentor and
train junior veterinarians and support staff. Collaborate with management to improve operational
efficiency and patient care quality. Stay updated with latest veterinary research and technologies.

Required Skills: – Advanced diagnostic, surgical, and clinical skills. Leadership and team management
capabilities. Strong communication and client interaction skills. Strategic planning and decision-making proficiency.

Experience Needed: – Minimum 10 years of veterinary practice experience, with at least 3 years in a
leadership role. Proven experience in small animal medicine and surgery.
